both temporary and permanent jobs in the Evening Standard and
also local press. For some positions experience will be essential
however we have found some of the most successful and motivated
candidates can come from other sectors where they are looking
to pursue a new career path. |
| Word of mouth - as with many sectors
many of our candidates will contact us speculatively having
heard about us from a friend or colleague. These candidates
have to apply in exactly the same way. |
To help ensure Candidates, both
temporary and permanent are as
effective and productive as possible from the moment they start
work, we thoroughly interview and vet all candidates. We will
also brief them thoroughly prior to starting work. Given our
experience working in property management we are able to offer
good and in depth advice of what the employee can expect when
starting their new position. |
