Established in 2003 Claibon Property Services provides a fresh and dynamic alternative to recruitment solutions within the property management industry.

Claibon is independent and wholly owned by the founding Directors. After working in the residential property management industry for some years the Directors, Claire Gibbons and Bonny Shanks, decided to combine their skills in management and personnel to create a company that provides quality staff at reasonable costs.

Claibon is a bespoke recruitment agency specialising in the recruitment of all staff within the residential property management industry. As members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) they comply with their code of practice:

"The REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice has been created in consultation with industry stakeholders to ensure that all members of the REC conduct their business ethically and to the highest standards and to promote good practice within REC membership."

Claibon provides a broad spectrum of staff from professionals and office-based administration staff to all on-site staff.

The Claibon team have gained a number of years experience working for established companies in residential property management. Furthermore, they are professionally qualified in their specialist areas of recruitment.
